Payment is upfront, and done via Venmo.

Refunds can ONLY be negotiated if the client changes their mind before the start of the sketch phase, or if I feel I will be unable to accept the commission.

The client may receive a total of 2-3 revisions (large changes,) small changes will cost no extra fee. All major changes must be addressed during the sketch phase. any additional revisions will cost an extra fee. Edits after the work is already completed will cost an extra fee. If I missed anything that the commissioner stated initially ( example: specific details, clothing, stripes, etc) no additional fee will be charged.

I, Illusive Expression (the artist) retain all rights to the produced drawing(s), and have the right to upload commissioned pieces to my social media profiles and portfolio as examples, unless specific commercial usage rights have been discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

The commissioned artwork is for the client's personal use only, unless commercial usage rights have been discussed prior to the start of the commission.

The client/commissioner is NOT allowed to : Claim the artwork as their own, or alter the work without consent.

I have the right to refuse, and or cancel the commission at any time for any reason at my own discretion.

Client must give credit to the artist.

I will NOT draw:

• Content I find personally offensive or troubling​

• NSFW/ suggestive imagery, fetish content, or anything involving a strange/uncomfortable context

• Content related to a harmful political party or idea
